The WCPC has 4 goals:
I: YOU
We facilitate all evolving souls, who are having a human being experience on planet Earth to make the choice to live an enlightened Life or best-life-scenario to save the soul who they are from themselves. Living the enlightened Life or best-life-scenario will bring forth an integrated white aura system, which, when sustained, will attract the consciousness in the primary aura system of Life to the soul who you are. Consciousness is the “living spirit light” or the “Mind”. The impersonal consciousness in the primary aura system of Life harvests the soul, who you are. The soul integrates with its consciousness. The impersonal consciousness or “Mind” in the primary aura system of Life becomes personalized through the soul who you are. The soul who you are will be recompensed through receiving its eternal name or identity, face and personality (entity). The soul who you are is now allowed or has “passed” the exam of the “human being” degree to continue its life as an evolving mature integrated soul. The integrated, mature soul entity has now its own personalized “mind” or “consciousness” together with a personality, a face and an eternal name or identity. It will have completed the first cycle of its evolutionary development, which entail the mineral and bacterial, plant and tree, animal and human kingdoms. As a soul you will have liberated yourself from the shackles of reincarnation through the bodies of electron, earth of minerals, plant and trees, animals and humans on the 4th dimension of Space-Time or planet Earth or the House of bodies or CYCLE 1. You will be freed from the “human condition” and you will live to be fully human or your best-life-scenario and fully soul conscious or Time or self-time conscious. You are the soul and you have a body. The soul becomes the body. The body becomes the soul. This is transformation, transcendence, transfiguration or ascendance. The “electron cloud formation” human body becomes the energy soul or the start of CYCLE 2 or conversely light spirit or the start of CYCLE 3 or conversely proton void or the END OF ALL CYCLES or eternal Life or IMMORTALITY. The Immortals are what your “Gods” are. The “Immortals” are the souls who have reached the goal or purpose of Life or eternal Life. There are many Immortals. They are “Godlike” but they are not “God”. The soul will be in the 5th dimension of Time or “Heaven” or the House of souls. The spirit will be in the 6th dimension of Space or “Paradise” or the House of spirits.
The function of human enlightenment and soul consciousness is thus to reach maturity and integration as an evolving soul. You will have broken from your straightjacket of the human conditioning. What is left is the immaculate soul shining through the flesh of the human body. The only thing left is its name. You are not human. You are SOUL. Your body becomes “You” as you are or the soul (spirit) who you are. There is no more suffering. Subsequently the human being will eventually transform into the soul who he or she is and will become an “immortal human”. You can be either “body” or “soul”.
II: HUMANITY
We facilitate all evolving souls, who are having a human experience on planet Earth to make the choice to live an enlightened Humanity or best-world-scenario for Humanity to save Humanity from itself. To live the enlightened or best-world-scenario for Humanity will bring forth a totally integrated collective soul white aura system, which, when sustained, will attract and harvest the collective consciousness in Earth’s secondary aura system of Life. The collective soul is the collective living energy soul or collective Heart or Soul of planet Earth. This is “Heaven” on “Earth” The collective consciousness is the living spirit light or collective Mind or Spirit of planet Earth. This is “Paradise” on “Earth”. Planet Earth will than be a fully mature, integrated planet of souls.
The souls will ring a new era or begin the next phase or second cycle of their evolutionary development, which entails the soul kingdom. Humanity as a whole will have liberated itself from the shackles of reincarnation. The 5th dimension of Time or the soul reality consciousness will be on Earth, which means that the 4th dimension of Space-Time or planet Earth will be in the 5th dimension of Time or “Heaven” on Earth. Planet Earth will become a soul planet, which is the next stage of our evolution as evolving souls.
The function of Humanity’s enlightenment is to reach the integration of Humanity (enlightened living and governing) through collective soul consciousness and collective soul integration through planetary transformation or planet Earth becoming a mature soul planet. Humanity will have broken from the straightjacket of the human conditioning. Planet Earth will become a soul planet where souls live amongst the humans, animals, plants and trees. There is no more suffering.
III: NATURE
We facilitate the protection, preservation, conservation, maintenance and sustenance of all of nature or minerals, plants and trees and animals on earth, in water and in air. Planet Earth and nature are in service of Humanity. The minerals, plants and trees and animals are in service of Humanity. Humanity is in charge to sustain the sustenance of planet Earth and nature.
IV: PLANET EARTH
We facilitate the protection, preservation, conservation, maintenance and sustenance of the earth (land), the water (ocean) and the air (sky) or planet Earth, which gives us our daily bread (food), water (drink) and breath (Oxygen), which are our LIFELINES. Planet Earth is a gift to Humanity and nature. Planet Earth is Humanity’s Home, Backyard, Hub of Life and Lifeline.

The National and World Government are an extension of the educated and/or informed “Will of the People” guided by their unbiased academicians or intellectuals. The national or World government extension exists ideally to facilitate their nation’s-best-scenario or World-best-scenario time and place for all of its citizens to live or be in. The national or World government extension is a brainstorming thinktank to reach their nation’s or World ideal objective or goal.
*A thriving Humanity; No Poverty! Humanity should be thriving everywhere. Ask yourself why it isn’t happening. What is hampering this process? Who’s tinkering with this process? Who’s in control or who runs this World? We can undo this control by creating an alternative or parallel society reality system. The BRIGS and its members are creating a parallel World reality system to undo and dismantle this controlling invisible hand.
*Safeguarding and sustaining the minerals, plants, trees and animals; No Loss! The philosophy of reducing, refurbishing, reusing and recycling is very important. Minerals, plants, trees and animals are food producers. Sustainable principles and practices are very important.
*Sharing of Power; sharing of Wealth; sharing of resources; No Inequality! Sharing is an enlightened ideal! The rich 1% need to share with the poor 99%. The rich 1% own 70% of this World!
*Integration of Religions and Sciences; No Schism! The religions have divided the people everywhere. Many people have died in the name of religion. To divide is to conquer or control! “God” is the Universe (Link with the “God” article page)
